WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW THE FOUNDATIONS OF MOVEMENT WILL LEAD TO A HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE

FIT AF

This is our Core CrossFit Program designed for the large majority of our members. It will be your tool to redefine your limits and lead the life you deserve. Sessions consist of mobility, strength development, skill acquisition, and the famous CrossFit WOD (workout of the day).

STRONG AF

Our Strength Program follows essentially the same principles as FIT AF without the WOD. These classes run mostly at our AIRSIDE LOCATION ❯❯❯

COMP AF

Our Specialised Competitive Class, for those who have plenty of experience and want to crush some seriously hard goals.

STRONG WOMEN

Our Female-Only Class run by our female coaching crew. This is where you go for community and fitness in a package you can only experience in real life.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Our Age-Appropriate Classes include:

LITTLE CHIPPERS (under 6)
These classes are the high-energy outlet your child needs.

LITTLE LIFTERS (6-9)
Where your child learns motor control and movement that
will set them up for success in any sport or activity later in life.

JUNIORS (9-12)
Your child will learn to love exercise and how to incorporate it
as a healthy part of their life. These classes begin to look a lot more
like our Fit AF classes, adjusted for the child’s age.

TEENS (13+)
Where you will learn all of the cool movements you see in CrossFit,
start getting jacked and powerful.

RUGBY

Athletes are no newbie to hard training and we know how to apply our methods safely and effectively within your athletic season. These sessions are organized by your team and led by one of our highly qualified S&C specialist coaches who have plenty of experience helping athletes both on and off the pitch.

BALANCE

Exclusively at our AIRSIDE LOCATION ❯❯❯, step into one of our yoga or Pilates classes to help balance out anything that might have been thrown out of whack during the week, assist in recovery, and even serve as part of your rehab program prescribed by your health professional.
